Organizational Agility

As a boutique firm, we can adapt quickly and make changes to adjust to new circumstances or needs without wading through even a hint of bureaucracy. This came in to play in particular throughout 2020. While not all of these benefits remain now in 2024, they demonstrate our agility as an organization. We care about our people.

As a distributed company, in some ways Triniti was ahead of the game in adapting to some of the business challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.
